What enduro, or street legal dirt bike, would you recommend?

I'm willing to pay $1,600 and under. I'm looking for a preferably new bike to use mostly on the road. Something that isn't just rated 70mph but can actually go 70mph. Also i want it to get good gas mileage ...possibly around 70mpg or more
